Who we are

This website is run by FC Drita Sh.p.k., Gjilan, Kosovo. For questions about your data, write to press@dritafc.com.

What data we collect

When you browse the site we process technical data such as your browser type and language. When you use the shop we store the contents of your cart in your own browser. When you place an order we process your name, delivery address, email and phone number.

Why we use it

We use your data to show the site in your language, to run the shop and deliver orders, and, only with your consent, to measure visits and show social media content.

Legal basis

We rely on the performance of a contract (orders), our legitimate interest (security and running the site) and your consent (analytics and social media cookies), in line with Kosovo's Law No. 06/L-082 on Personal Data Protection and the EU GDPR.

Sharing

We share data only with providers we need: hosting, payments and delivery. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as accounting law requires. Cart and preference data stays in your browser until you clear it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.

Intelektualët member accounts

If you create a member account we keep your name, e-mail, password (encrypted), and, if you add them, phone, city, year of birth and photo, plus your membership, gate check-ins, Player of the Match votes and orders. We use them for the membership card, entry checks, votes and members-first sales (contract and your consent). Your photo is not public: only you and club staff checking entry see it. In your account you can download all your data or delete the account at any time. Inactive accounts are deleted after two seasons.
